About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Coordinate and be accountable for the day-to-day utilization of resources to achieve service goals
- Oversee the development of innovative services, including new models of care and continuous quality improvement processes
- Facilitate seamless transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care across the healthcare continuum
- Manage fiscal planning and accountability for the program
- Foster a collaborative, interprofessional environment that supports education, research, and continuous learning
- Partner with Clinical and Medical Directors to lead operating initiatives and meet strategic objectives
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in a regulated health profession (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing)
- Completion of a recognized Master’s Degree in a related field
- Current membership/certification from an RHPA College in Ontario
- Proven change management skills and the ability to work effectively through others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a clinical manager
- Greater than five years of relevant experience in a clinical practice capacity
- Experience working with inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs and services
