About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Coordinate and be accountable for the day-to-day utilization of resources to achieve service goals
  • Oversee the development of innovative services, including new models of care and continuous quality improvement processes
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care across the healthcare continuum
  • Manage fiscal planning and accountability for the program
  • Foster a collaborative, interprofessional environment that supports education, research, and continuous learning
  • Partner with Clinical and Medical Directors to lead operating initiatives and meet strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree in a regulated health profession (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing)
  • Completion of a recognized Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Current membership/certification from an RHPA College in Ontario
  • Proven change management skills and the ability to work effectively through others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a clinical manager
  • Greater than five years of relevant experience in a clinical practice capacity
  • Experience working with inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs and services
