Manager, Program Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of planning and scheduling employees through coaching and training.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using SOW, WBS, and program requirements.
• Perform complex schedule analysis, including critical path, schedule risk, network logic validation, and metrics such as BEI, CPLI, and SPI.
• Integrate schedules across multiple programs, subcontractors, and functional areas including finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Utilize project management tools and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor progress and identify performance issues.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and variances to ensure effective program execution.
• Present schedule analyses, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of related experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience, OR
• 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience leading planning and scheduling for large, high-visibility Government projects.
• Proficiency in Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis).
• Experience working in a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFAR environment.
• Working knowledge of Space and Airborne Systems programs.
• Expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
