Manager, Program Planning & Execution - Global HR (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex operational programs end-to-end, including data analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation.
• Oversee workstream leads and project managers to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.
• Own integrated project planning, status reporting, and risk management, including mitigation and escalation.
• Champion the project vision by ensuring objectives are clearly understood and applied throughout execution.
• Chair project status meetings and support workstream meetings as required.
• Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.

Requirements

• Project Management certification (PMP preferred).
• 2+ years of business experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in an IT environment.
• Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
• Expert knowledge of project management disciplines and tools.
• Strong organizational, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience working within complex, high-performing corporate environments.
