Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Manage various cost management projects through program management excellence
• Research and design specific use cases for spend analytics
• Develop and optimize should-cost models to drive supplier cost improvements
• Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers (GCMs) and suppliers to implement actions based on should-cost models
• Develop and present material and project updates to executive-level leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Significant experience with Should Cost cleansheet methodologies
• 8+ years of experience working with automated Should Cost tools
• Proven experience working directly with suppliers and commodity managers to drive cost improvements
• Strong understanding of supply chain and finance principles
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
