Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Solutions Architects and Software Engineers to ensure delivery excellence.
• Manage the team using Scrum methodology, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and tracking velocity.
• Strategize and drive the growth of professional services offerings within the India region.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to align on customer outcomes.
• Oversee complex technical implementations and migrations from legacy directories like Active Directory or Okta to JumpCloud.
• Drive product adoption and customer retention through high-quality technical guidance and custom automation solutions.
• Implement and track professional services metrics to evaluate and improve team performance.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in programming, scripting, or professional services within a SaaS or IT environment.
• 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams and managing engineering initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing software and service teams.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, and Okta.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols including LDAP(S), RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GWS.
• Ability to work a shift from 1 PM to 10 PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
