Manager Production

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth production management
• Identify equipment bottlenecks and analyze problems within relevant departments
• Investigate and implement ways to reduce scrap, non-conformity, and manpower ineffectiveness
• Plan and manage manpower effectively to meet department KPIs, including Cycle, Delivery, and Yield
• Communicate management directions clearly to the team
• Act as a trustworthy and respectful team leader
• Initiate and lead productive, cost-saving projects to contribute to company KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Senior Engineer or Production Manager
• Excellent knowledge of Production Management concepts (FIFO, LIFO, Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing)
• Experience working within cleanroom environment protocols
• Proven ability to manage a large workforce of 180 to 250 staff members

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tableau
• Programming experience with Python
