Manager Production and Resource Planning (Aircraft)

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning functions for maintenance operations to ensure safety, airworthiness, and economic objectives are met.
• Oversee technical assessment functions for all internal and third-party work packages to ensure compliance with EASA and GCAA regulations.
• Develop plans to deliver efficient planning, reduce turn-around time (TAT), and drive cost reduction.
• Evaluate resource requirements to meet maintenance planning forecasts, including facilities, tooling, and materials.
• Manage the development of new aircraft type capabilities in liaison with QA Assurance and other stakeholders.
• Define optimum plans to maximize resource output and meet budgetary targets.
• Lead and manage people to drive engagement, productivity, and innovation within the team.
• Coordinate with Cost Controllers to analyze post-check reports and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Valid aircraft maintenance license (UAE GCAA/EASA Part 66 or equivalent).
• Degree or diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Human Resources, or Resource Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of job-related experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a similar leadership role.
