About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technology, Automation COE, and business teams to identify and deliver high-impact automation and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with process owners to evaluate current workflows and redesign them to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve scalability.
- Define and drive product strategy for automation capabilities leveraging Google Cloud Platform (LUMI).
- Design, develop, and deploy self-service digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Build advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide actionable business insights.
- Champion digital transformation by identifying and implementing Generative AI use cases to enhance productivity.
- Manage business requirements, stakeholder queries, and project risks within an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience delivering automation and analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, data movement, and APIs.
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Big Data platforms and cloud-based services.
- Knowledge and practical experience in AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
