Manager, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program interface for strategic MCU customers and ecosystem partners.
• Drive customer engagement from design-in through production ramp and sustaining phases.
• Translate customer requirements into executable cross-functional plans.
• Manage customer expectations, schedules, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Own end-to-end execution of MCU product programs across silicon, software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules with clear milestones and critical paths.
• Track program KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or automotive electronics.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or customer program management.
• Experience managing complex MCU or SoC product development programs.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and semiconductor product development lifecycles.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
