Manager - Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Promote NCS Automotive networking solutions and strategy to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Drive automotive Ethernet design wins through active engagement with OEMs and Tier-1 partners.
• Evaluate market segments and applications to define new products, functions, and systems based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with various disciplines and Business Units within Microchip to develop TSS platforms.
• Deliver ESE and sales field training to promote and support product lines.
• Support the sales organization with marketing tools, price quotes, and demand forecast reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or significant senior-level expertise in marketing or applications positions.
• 10 years of experience in the automotive market and/or networking applications.
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including potential extended trips to worldwide regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
