Manager, Product Manager - UX/UI & Merchandising | Car Rentals

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end car rental funnel, driving the end-to-end user journey from search and discovery to checkout across Brex and Capital One portals.
• Define intelligent merchandising strategies for car rental inventory, rates, and add-ons to maximize user engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with backend supply teams to translate complex technical API capabilities and negotiated rates into intuitive UI/UX features.
• Execute A/B testing and continuous optimization by analyzing customer behavior and identifying friction points in the digital product experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related).
• Proven experience in marketplace or eCommerce environments.
• Strong focus on UX/UI with a track record of delivering consumer-centric, design-forward digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business strategies and data analysis into seamless consumer-facing digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user psychology within transactional funnels.
