Manager, Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a significant portion of the Capital One Travel product roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-confidence travel experiences
• Optimize key product areas such as the flight booking funnel, luxury hotel collections, and post-booking disruption services
• Apply human-centered design to reimagine and innovate product solutions based on customer needs
• Drive business outcomes by focusing on execution excellence and technological innovation
• Resolve complex problems and mitigate product risks through integrated problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering), Business, or Marketing
• OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
