Manager, Product Management Engineering

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated program schedules by working with cross-functional teams
• Escalate key issues and present resolution options to cross-functional executive teams
• Manage ODMs and ODM-related programs
• Lead development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing, and executing product qualification and successful product ramps
• Drive Product Life Cycle process compliance through phase checklist coordination and reviews
• Provide enterprise-wide product development status updates at weekly intervals
• Publish monthly metrics on actual performance against commitments
• Perform high-level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparation

Requirements

• 15 years of experience working as an Engineering Program Manager
• Proven experience in program and project management
• Experience managing ODMs

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor engineering background
• Experience in the flash storage industry
