Manager, Product Management- Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Developer Experience Product team to design and deliver solutions that improve software delivery quality, developer productivity, and test automation.
• Define and execute strategies to improve the delivery pipeline and developer tools.
• Partner with technical and design teams to establish how developers write, build, and test code.
• Champion developer needs by leveraging SDLC and industry best practices.
• Drive the adoption of development tools and automated testing while providing quality measures for developed software.
• Navigate ambiguous environments to shift between strategic vision and immediate execution priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) or Business/Marketing.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies or AI automation tools (such as Gemini, Claude, or Google Apps Script).
