Manager, Product & Growth Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across consumer growth, membership, monetization, partnerships, and platform strategy
• Shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for emerging consumer products and experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Partner with Product and Analytics teams to evaluate customer behavior and experimentation frameworks
• Own and launch 0-to-1 initiatives, products, and strategic programs
• Develop strategic frameworks, market analyses, business cases, and financial models
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear execution plans with measurable goals
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities in AI and consumer technology
• Build scalable workflows, operating models, and strategic processes
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and automate operational processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, growth, product strategy, or business operations
• Experience in high-growth consumer technology companies
• Proven track record with consumer-facing products, monetization, or marketplace ecosystems
• Ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution in fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mentality and bias toward action
• Comfort operating across both high-level strategy and hands-on operations

• Background in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or analytics
