Manager - Product Development

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Product Development in creating product strategies and roadmaps across various channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Lead the cross-functional implementation of new products, coordinating with IT, Operations, Distribution, and Brand teams.
• Define business and system requirements to ensure successful product launches and resolve implementation issues.
• Coordinate with investment teams and external partners to develop and implement competitive Investment-Linked Product (ILP) fund offerings.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and maintain high sales quality.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics such as APE, NBV, and sales volume to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Product Development, Product Management, or Actuarial Pricing.
• Deep expertise in Investment-Linked Products (ILP) as well as Protection and Health products.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from concept through to launch.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with distribution channels, IT, and investment management teams.
