Manager Product Development Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the OM Innovations platform, managing both engineering and product teams in a player-coach capacity.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide strategies that align platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• Own the architecture, design, and quality of scalable, high-performing software solutions.
• Drive end-to-end execution of product roadmaps and releases across multiple agile teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture design, code reviews, and prototyping to unblock delivery.
• Manage and coach engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and accountability.
• Oversee a diverse technology stack including Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and microfrontends.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing development teams or complex software projects.
• Proven expertise in modern cloud architectures (microservices, GCP/AWS, CI/CD, DevOps).
• Deep understanding of full-stack development (Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and MVC).
• Strong mastery of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in supply chain, healthcare, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise-grade software products or platforms to market.
• Knowledge of enterprise data ecosystems and system integrations (ERP, supply chain systems).
