Manager, Product Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for the life insurance business based on market dynamics and customer insights
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes
• Perform competitive analysis on competitor products and pricing to maintain market edge
• Define and target specific customer segments by tailoring insurance propositions and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, marketing, training, and sales to ensure seamless product launches
• Ensure all product solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide training teams with necessary product information, tools, and collateral to support sales
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track product success and make data-driven adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in life insurance product management or proposition roles
• Strong understanding of the life insurance market and industry regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in market research methodologies
