Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We provide tools for authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching to move ICs from reactive to proactive
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up, defining excellence in discovery, configuration, and go-live
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback for Engineering and Product teams
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define handoff and scoping standards
- Spot and resolve systemic blockers across implementations, including product gaps and handoff failures
Requirements
- Deep understanding of procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management
- Proven experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, or training programs from scratch
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing implementation or success at a procurement software company (e.g., Coupa, Zip, Procurify)
- Familiarity with AP automation and ERP integrations like NetSuite or QuickBooks
- Background in B2B SaaS customer success or solutions consulting
