Manager, Procurement Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing team for Marketing categories, including Creative & Digital Agencies, Media Buying, Production, and Events.
• Manage end-to-end procurement operations such as e-sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to align procurement with demand pipelines and campaign priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and transformation initiatives to identify cost-saving and simplification opportunities.
• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies and should-cost modeling.
• Manage and coach a high-performing team, building capability in sourcing skills and stakeholder management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for specific Diageo regions to support procurement operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing, specifically within Marketing categories.
• Advanced financial, legal, and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in complex negotiations and project management.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement category management.
• Proficiency with Coupa and Coupa CSO sourcing platforms.
• Experience in contract management.
• Background in consumer products or manufacturing environments.
