LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. We are on a singular mission to create an Olympic and Paralympic Games that celebrate all this city and country have to offer.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services for Venues and Infrastructure (VNI)
• Lead internal and contracted procurement professionals, including contracts administrators and construction managers
• Validate market sourcing approaches, supplier outreach, and qualifications
• Prepare bid packages incorporating standards from Design, Delivery, and Engineering teams
• Establish selection criteria and approve award decisions
• Manage handoffs to Legal, Finance, and Venue Management teams
• Ensure sustainability and impact requirements are incorporated into the procurement process
• Partner with legal teams to translate bid documents into contract documents
• Ensure contract documents are properly stored and referenced in management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and contracts management for major infrastructure and temporary works
• Knowledge of purchasing, payment, and contracts management systems (e.g., Agiloft, Workday, Textura, CMiC, Compass)
• Experience leading a contracted workforce
• Ability to work onsite in a Downtown Los Angeles office

• Experience with major games or large-scale events
