Manager Procurement I

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute cost savings initiatives and manage working capital
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure continuous supply of materials and services to support operations
• Develop and monitor annual purchasing and negotiation plans
• Participate in annual maintenance forecasting and budgeting in conjunction with operations
• Manage inventory reduction and supplier payment term initiatives
• Guarantee effective communication between Procurement, Operations, and Maintenance departments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Deep knowledge of JDE or SAP functional processes (maintenance, inventories, and purchasing modules)
• Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts
• Knowledge of cement, concrete, or aggregate production processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (contracts)
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Extensive product and materials knowledge relevant to building materials
• Proven leadership and managerial skills to lead teams toward strategic targets
