Manager, Process Transformation

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and prioritize AI and automation use cases aligned to business strategy and value realization
• Translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions in partnership with data and technology teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions through insight-led recommendations
• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes aligned to customer experience and compliance
• Lead the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes, timelines, and adoption targets are met
• Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communications, and training
• Ensure all solutions and processes comply with risk, regulatory, and governance standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process transformation, consulting, or business optimization
• Proven experience in AI/automation use case identification and solutioning
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process design, and project delivery
• Demonstrated consultative leadership and stakeholder influence skills
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Solid understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
