About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver flawlessly executed processes to improve business efficiency and drive results within the Global Payment Network.
  • Create and modify processes while collaborating with leaders to influence results that impact the company's bottom line.
  • Monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity.
  • Author and maintain high-quality technical specifications, supplemental guides, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Analyze stakeholder requirements and perform gap analyses to improve documentation clarity and cross-functional workflows.
  • Manage document lifecycles, including version control, review cycles, and adherence to risk management standards.
  • Triage customer feedback and partner with Success teams to ensure content accuracy and a user-centric experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project management.
