MSF USA is one of 24 sections supporting the global movement, primarily through staff recruitment, fundraising, advocacy, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational systems, reporting, and process effectiveness for the Principal and Major Gifts team
• Own key operational initiatives to strengthen data quality, prospect management, and performance visibility
• Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency, accountability, and donor stewardship
• Supervise operational support staff and build team capability through training and documentation
• Execute data and analytics reporting plans and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Manage CRM data integrity and provide input into system enhancements
• Deliver cross-functional projects in partnership with Data Analytics, Finance, and Donor Services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, data management, or fundraising operations
• Experience supervising staff and supporting employee performance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms (Salesforce NPSP, Tableau, or comparable)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with principal gifts and major gifts fundraising preferred
