Responsibilities

• Attend high-level donor and ambassador meetings to capture nuances and identify next steps
• Draft high-stakes follow-up communications and executive summaries reflecting the President's voice
• Project manage donor deliverables, work plans, and timelines
• Act as the primary filter for the President by vetting internal and external requests
• Serve as a proxy for the President in Philanthropy Team meetings and cross-functional forums
• Manage donor data within Salesforce and project management tools
• Identify and clear roadblocks for Presidential prospects
• Partner with the Philanthropy Team to ensure work is aligned with organizational strategy

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in high-stakes project execution, chief of staff functions, or principal gift fundraising
• Proven experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and global influencers
• Ability to write and speak with nuance, gravitas, and clarity for presidential-level donor work
• High proficiency in Salesforce and project management platforms like Asana
• Extreme discretion and ability to maintain a low-profile presence in intimate donor settings
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and collaborative environment
• Comfort working across global, multi-cultural teams
