Manager Premier Client Solutions Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for the Premier Client Solution team, managing a team of Premier Client Bankers.
• Oversee and engage in calling activities to generate new business opportunities and meet financial growth goals.
• Coach and provide one-on-one feedback to associates to improve sales performance and support professional development.
• Drive accountability to role expectations and ensure operational soundness within the team.
• Achieve team financial, production, and relationship results aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with bank partners to deliver value to customers and prospects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services (Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management), including coaching and sales management.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services (Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management), including coaching and sales management.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial guidance.
• Experience in financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• State-specific life insurance licenses.
• SAFE Act compliance.
