Manager Premier Client Solutions Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for the Premier Client Solution team, managing a team of Premier Client Bankers.
• Oversee and engage in calling activities to generate new business opportunities through remote and in-person partnerships.
• Implement and manage sales activity plans to meet financial growth goals and organizational metrics.
• Coach and provide one-on-one feedback to associates to improve sales performance and support professional development.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with Bank partners to ensure productive teamwork and customer value.
• Ensure operational soundness and compliance with all regulations, bank policies, and risk management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services (Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management), including coaching and sales management.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services (Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management), including coaching and sales management.
• Proven experience in coaching and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proficiency in financial literacy and financial analysis.
• Ability to apply a structured sales process and provide expert financial guidance.
• Must be SAFE Act compliant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• State-specific life insurance licenses.
