Manager – Pre-Sales, Brand and Marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage growth office functions including pipeline tracking, proposal coordination, and win/loss analysis
• Lead proposal writing and the development of high-impact pitch decks for US enterprise and mid-market clients
• Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to the US professional services market
• Support brand building through the management of US-based events, conferences, and industry sponsorships
• Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting using platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Articulate the firm's technology and AI differentiation to US prospects through compelling product positioning

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or growth marketing within the US professional services or consulting market
• Deep understanding of US buyer behavior, procurement cycles, and RFP/RFQ processes
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
• Proven experience in proposal development and pitch deck creation
• Ability to work according to US time zones to support cross-functional remote collaboration
• Strong understanding of the compliance and regulatory context for US finance and accounting sectors
