Manager - Pre Sales

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft customized solutions for credit underwriting and risk assessment.
• Lead product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers at banks, NBFCs, and other lending institutions.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions by mapping client needs to product capabilities, integration points, and data flows.
• Gather and analyze client pain points and market trends to contribute to product enhancements and new features.
• Address technical and functional queries from clients to ensure confidence in solutions during the sales cycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for credit risk, underwriting scorecards, and risk automation best practices.
• Support pilot implementations and proof-of-concept projects, bridging communication between commercial and product teams.

Requirements

• CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• 6+ years of experience in credit underwriting, risk assessment, or lending technology.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or business advisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of credit risk policy, digital lending processes, scorecards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience designing solutions for financial institutions such as banks or NBFCs.
• Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
