About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and reliability of SCADA systems for power networks
- Ensure real-time monitoring and control of generation and transmission assets
- Manage system upgrades and integration with other OT systems
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the grid control center to ensure stable operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or Control Systems
- 5–8 years of experience in SCADA systems operations and maintenance within the power or utility industry
- Strong knowledge of SCADA architecture and industrial control systems
- Hands-on experience with SCADA platforms, RTUs, PLCs, and HMI systems
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) systems and cybersecurity standards
- Proven incident management skills and ability to work in critical 24/7 operational environments
