Manager, Portfolio Data Feeds

Responsibilities

• Serve as a "player/coach" by contributing to product goals while supervising a team of Portfolio Data Analysts.
• Manage the onboarding, mentorship, and career development of team members through effective performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain process controls and accurate metrics to ensure high quality and organizational standards.
• Work with external financial data providers to integrate portfolio data into the Addepar platform.
• Write technical requirements to transform raw data into functional content using existing data models.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and data operations to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Analyze and onboard content from diverse sources into the data integration ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in data analysis and product management.
• Deep expertise within the finance domain.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and driving learning and development initiatives.
• Strong ability to define functional and technical implementations, including data modeling and writing technical requirement documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, team-player mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, or Databricks.
• Experience with common financial services systems and applications.
