Responsibilities
- Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, raw material supply, and stock tracking
- Monitor food preparation and service to minimize waste
- Participate in budget preparation and operating account analysis
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through high-quality and rapid service
- Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and crew members
- Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
- Drive sales through promotional activities and customer engagement
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
- Proficiency in sales techniques and culinary production
- Expertise in merchandise and team management
- Strong adaptability and organizational skills
