Responsibilities

• Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards through regular controls
• Oversee inventory management, raw material supply, and stock tracking
• Monitor equipment functionality and minimize waste during food preparation
• Participate in budget preparation and analysis of operating accounts
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service speed and quality
• Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and crew members
• Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
• Drive sales through promotional activities and customer loyalty initiatives

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
• Proficiency in sales techniques, culinary production, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
