Responsibilities
- Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards through regular controls
- Oversee inventory management, raw material supply, and stock tracking
- Monitor equipment functionality and minimize waste during food preparation
- Participate in budget preparation and analysis of operating accounts
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service speed and quality
- Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and crew members
- Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
- Drive sales through promotional activities and customer loyalty initiatives
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
- Proficiency in sales techniques, culinary production, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
