Responsibilities

  • Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Oversee stock management, raw material supply, and waste minimization
  • Participate in budget preparation and analysis of operating accounts
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through high-quality and rapid service
  • Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and versatile crew members
  • Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
  • Drive sales through promotional activities and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
  • Mastery of sales techniques and culinary production
  • Proficiency in merchandise and team management
  • Strong adaptability, organization, and leadership skills
