Responsibilities

  • Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards through regular controls
  • Oversee raw material supply, stock management, and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor food preparation and service to minimize waste and manage budgets
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and speed
  • Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and crew members
  • Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
  • Drive sales through promotional activities and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, culinary production, and inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable
