Founded in 1972 in Louisiana, Popeyes specializes in delicious Cajun-spiced fried chicken. With over 3,600 restaurants worldwide, we are on a mission to open nearly 300 more restaurants and shared kitchens in the coming years, expanding our presence significantly in France.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational procedures including opening and closing the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards through regular controls
- Oversee raw material supply, stock management, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor food preparation and service to minimize waste and manage budgets
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and speed
- Manage and motivate a team of shift managers and crew members
- Handle recruitment, integration, training, and scheduling
- Drive sales through promotional activities and customer engagement
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of management experience in the fast-food sector
- Proficiency in sales techniques, culinary production, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
