Manager, Platform Growth and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Operations team to review market performance and drive initiatives to grow the online platform business.
• Develop strategies to increase user and driver retention and activeness through incentives, pricing changes, and order allocation.
• Establish frameworks and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Define business requirements for marketplace product enhancements and oversee end-to-end feature rollouts.
• Manage the online platform budget across all markets to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
• Mentor team members to support their professional growth and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and city operations teams on global initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations with frequent use of data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Proven ability to analyze and present findings from large, complex datasets.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-cultural and functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
