Manager, Plant Production

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to plant personnel in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by correcting unsafe conditions and conducting safety inspections
• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of food safety and process quality systems
• Direct and coordinate production activities to meet safety, quality, and cost reduction goals
• Establish and maintain a positive employee relations climate and effective work relationships
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage production functions including developmental or experimental activities and plant housekeeping

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and be on call as required to support 24/7 operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume or 24/7 manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands efficiently and effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of personnel

• Expected hiring salary range of $115k - $164k
