About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the plant human resources function, including administration and supervision of personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by facilitating safety meetings, performing inspections, and investigating accidents.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and placement to ensure plant staffing needs and succession planning are met.
- Administer wage, salary, and benefit programs in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Manage employee relations to maintain a climate of trust and confidence.
- Administer collective bargaining agreements and address union-related issues, including grievance resolution and arbitration if applicable.
- Coordinate and track training programs, including the deployment of technical training pillars.
- Maintain training records and ensure traceability within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, including EEOC, ADA, and occupational safety and health laws.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of HR legal practices, employee relations, and industrial relations.
- Experience managing training assignments within an LMS and maintaining records in an eDMS.
- Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including exposure to occupational hazards like high noise levels.
- Ability to work overtime or on-call as required by management.

- Expected hiring salary range of $98,900 - $141,330, determined by experience and internal equity.
