Manager - Plant Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage plant budgeting and consolidate department-wide expenses into a common platform
• Perform variance analysis against previous years and validate cost reduction initiatives
• Oversee depreciation workings, including linkage of Op Net block, Capex, and CWIP
• Ensure timely monthly closing of Trial Balance and adherence to corporate guidance
• Prepare monthly actuals in Z2B format and provide item-wise detailing of account expenses
• Report on plant performance metrics including yields, usage, and cost per unit
• Review Capex proposals, track installations, and manage Capex reporting and cash flow
• Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving items, and WIP concerns
• Support the Cluster Head with SOPs and corporate guidelines at the plant level

Requirements

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CMA qualification
• 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience
