Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic communication planning process to address client business needs
• Supervise team output to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
• Manage day-to-day client requirements and mentor junior team members
• Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring adequate time, resources, and training
• Conduct annual and interim performance reviews for team members
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams
• Assist with fee and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with other departments to promote client interests with media owners
• Participate in new business pitches with insightful communication solutions

Requirements

• Experience in strategic communication planning
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to project manage cross-media campaigns
• Experience in media planning or agency environments
