Manager, Planning

Responsibilities

• Translate client business objectives into insight-led, connected media strategies
• Lead integrated media campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels
• Act as a trusted day-to-day client partner and lead internal/client-facing workshops
• Manage campaign budgets, setup, trafficking, and optimization using media tools
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and against defined outputs
• Serve as the primary contact for media vendors, including contract negotiation and reconciliation
• Oversee and support the development of junior talent through direct people management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in media planning or campaign management (agency or client-side)
• Proven experience managing integrated media campaigns
• Strong understanding of media planning principles and operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a people management or supervisory role
