About the role
Responsibilities
- Tailor project-specific integrated Master Programmes and ensure integration between Project Master Programmes and Lead Consultant Programmes.
- Develop and maintain pre-tender risk registers and project procurement trackers to manage potential risks and delivery dates.
- Monitor bidding and procurement progress to ensure alignment with agreed tracker dates and evaluate bidder tender programmes.
- Administer the review and approval process for Contractor baseline programmes and monitor works to establish delay forecasts and mitigation measures.
- Compile contemporary records to facilitate the evaluation of Contractor claims for extension of time.
- Liaise with project Quantity Surveyors to ensure consistency between Interim Payment Certificates and site progress.
- Attend site progress meetings and inspections to monitor execution and log project risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Mandatory experience working on Data Centre projects.
- 8 to 16 years of relevant professional experience in planning and project management.
