Manager Plan to Forecast (P2F) & Cost Controlling - Product Costing

Responsibilities

• Execute regional delivery for the "Product Costing" end-to-end process, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Perform month-end closing processes, specifically regarding overhead calculation, WIP analysis, and production variance settlement.
• Manage cost center hierarchies, cost allocation logics, and recurring allocation cycles in collaboration with Centers of Excellence.
• Execute operational planning for standard COGS and product costing at the DSE level.
• Maintain and verify unit COGS data, material master data, and product costs for new materials.
• Act as a key operational stakeholder and contact person for plant administration, production controlling, and global finance business divisions.
• Identify cost discrepancies and implement measures to ensure a compliant and timely product costing service.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling or Management Accounting with a focus on COGS and Product Costing.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German business fluency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills.
• Experience working in agile, complex, and data-driven environments.
