Manager, Pharma Commercial Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead sales force effectiveness projects including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, and call planning
• Provide Incentive Compensation (IC) analytics support, including plan design, goal setting, and IC administration
• Develop complex SQL queries and create Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by communicating qualitative and quantitative insights to global pharma clients
• Analyze pharma commercial datasets such as patient claims, Rx, specialty pharmacy, and CRM data
• Collaborate with onshore teams to manage end-to-end engagements and delegate tasks
• Maintain process assets including SOPs, checklists, and business requirement documents
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support professional growth

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), IC Analytics, and dashboard reporting
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and MS Office (PowerPoint)
• B Tech, BE, or a Science-related degree
• Proven ability to understand complex pharma commercial data sets and triangulate data from multiple sources
• Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in data storyboarding
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and learning agility

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, B Pharma, or M Pharma degree
• Direct experience working with life sciences clients
