Responsibilities
- Support senior media planners and manage tasks for smaller campaigns independently
- Allocate budgets appropriately between channels and manage campaign launches
- Own overall media plans, including updates, optimisations, and testing plans
- Create and manage cross-channel reporting templates and quality assure activation reports
- Develop insights and recommendations for weekly cross-channel reports
- Manage relationships with junior clients and contribute to client presentations
- Train and manage Media Planning Executives to ensure high-quality output
- Take responsibility for the performance of assigned media budgets against intended outcomes
- Motivate and provide actionable feedback to junior team members
Requirements
- Experience in media planning or performance media
- Ability to manage cross-channel budget allocation and optimisation
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and insight development
- Experience managing or training junior team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
