Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies
• Own campaign performance across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
• Translate client goals into media plans, balancing audience strategy and budget allocation
• Act as the senior strategic lead on accounts, guiding optimization and growth
• Develop clear client narratives and lead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting
• Manage and strengthen client relationships as the lead point of contact
• Drive a culture of experimentation across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Partner with creative, strategy, and influencer management teams
• Own final campaign QA and establish tracking frameworks
• Manage, mentor, and develop Senior Associates

Requirements

• 4+ years of performance-driven digital marketing experience
• Deep expertise in paid social and strong knowledge of paid search
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting growth goals
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and measurement frameworks
• Experience managing vendor and platform relationships (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Advanced understanding of media planning and platform algorithms
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools like monday.com
• Agency or fast-paced, client-facing experience preferred
