About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the University’s enterprise-wide performance analytics function to deliver high-quality data, dashboards, and insights
  • Partner with senior leaders and planning teams to translate complex institutional and market data into actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring through advanced analytics
  • Build and uplift analytics capability by setting standards for data governance and analytical methodologies
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytics professionals

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level performance analytics, reporting, or business intelligence functions
  • Strong capability in data modelling, statistical analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting products that support executive and governance decision-making
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent people leadership, planning, and organisational skills
