About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing APAC Tier I people operations team in a fast-paced environment
  • Shape and refine the People Support strategy to maximize efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
  • Own day-to-day operational performance, including SLAs, KPIs, case volumes, and quality metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by digitalizing, automating, and standardizing complex HR processes
  • Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions
  • Manage workforce planning and capacity to meet changing organizational needs and global demand
  • Curate and maintain HR knowledge content to ensure a simple and intuitive employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in HR operations, shared services, or service delivery
  • Proven track record of leading teams and engaging cross-functionally
  • Strong understanding of tiered HR service delivery models and shared services best practices
  • Demonstrated success in automating processes and enhancing employee experiences through tech-enabled solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with executive leadership
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and support global time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow Case Management
  • Knowledge of HR functional policies and practices
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale digitalization and automation transformation efforts
