About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of key People Operations programs including payroll, benefits, HRIS management, and compliance
- Serve as subject matter expert on HR technology stack to optimize systems and data integrity
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects such as benefits open enrollment and performance management cycles
- Audit and analyze HR processes to design and implement scalable solutions
- Act as an advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, compensation, and policy interpretation
- Utilize people analytics to provide data-driven insights on key metrics
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects
- Subject matter expertise in benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, or employee relations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to influence decisions
- Expertise in California and federal employment law
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems like ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, or BambooHR
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
